These terms govern your use of RanqerSEO, operated by Anqor Studios LLC FZ ("Anqor Studios," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using RanqerSEO, you agree to them.
RanqerSEO audits a web page you submit across technical SEO, content quality, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) signals, and performance, and generates AI-written fixes and content based on that audit. Some features — running an audit, generating an article, using Ask — consume credits or require an active subscription, as shown in the product at the time you use them.
RanqerSEO crawls publicly accessible URLs only. We don't support pages that require a login or aren't live yet. Only submit URLs you have the right to have crawled and analyzed.
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for anything that happens under your account. Keep your password secure and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
New subscriptions start with a 3-day, $1 trial, then continue at the plan price shown at signup ($149/mo monthly, or $99/mo billed annually) unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from Settings; cancellation stops future billing but doesn't retroactively refund the current period except as stated below. Refund windows: 7 days on the monthly plan, 30 days on the annual plan, from the date the paid period began. Additional sites beyond your first are billed as a recurring per-site add-on. Credit packs, once consumed, are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer before we've finished processing a refund request you made with us directly, we'll pause that refund request until the dispute is resolved. If the dispute is resolved in our favor, any further refund is at our sole discretion.
Your content stays yours. We don't claim ownership over the pages you submit for audit, your company profile, or the articles RanqerSEO generates for you. You own what we generate for your account and are free to publish, edit, or discard it.
You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it goes live, particularly for factual accuracy — RanqerSEO grounds generation in your real audit data and company profile, but AI output can still be wrong. Auto-publish schedules default to draft mode, holding each article for your review before it goes live; you can turn draft mode off to publish automatically instead.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Connecting Google Search Console, WordPress, Shopify, or a custom API endpoint authorizes RanqerSEO to read or write data through that connection on your behalf, until you disconnect it. You're responsible for complying with those services' own terms.
RanqerSEO is provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific search rankings, AI-citation outcomes, or traffic results — SEO and GEO performance depend on factors outside our control, including how search engines and AI systems change over time.
To the extent permitted by law, Anqor Studios LLC FZ isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RanqerSEO, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
You can close your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or the Acceptable Use section above.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
