Privacy Policy

RanqerSEO is operated by Anqor Studios LLC FZ ("Anqor Studios," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use RanqerSEO, why, and what choices you have. It applies to ranqerseo.com and app.ranqerseo.com.

1. What we collect

2. How we use it

To crawl the URL you submit and produce a scored audit across technical SEO, content, GEO signals, and performance.
To generate AI analysis, rewritten fixes, and content — using Anthropic's Claude models, sent the crawled page content and your account's company profile as context.
To pull real search-volume and keyword data via DataForSEO, and Core Web Vitals via Google PageSpeed Insights, when producing your report.
To check AI-citation performance via Perplexity's API, when you run a citation check.
To publish content to a site you've explicitly connected (WordPress, Shopify, or a custom API endpoint), only when you trigger a publish or turn on auto-publish.
To generate featured images via fal.ai, when an article calls for one.
To process payments via Stripe and manage your subscription.
To send you account and billing emails.

3. Third parties we share data with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the service providers above, strictly to deliver the feature you're using — the crawled page content and prompts we send to Anthropic, DataForSEO, Google PageSpeed, Perplexity, and fal.ai are used to generate your results, not used by us to train models, and not sold. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy. If you connect Google Search Console, WordPress, Shopify, or a custom publish endpoint, we exchange data with that service only as needed to perform the action you requested (pulling your ranking data, publishing your article).

4. Data retention

We keep crawled page content and audit reports long enough to power your report, any fixes or content you request from it, and your account history. Deleting your account removes your account data, connected-service tokens, and generated content from our systems, aside from what we're legally required to retain (e.g. billing records).

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us. If you're in a jurisdiction with statutory data-protection rights (e.g. GDPR, UAE PDPL), those rights apply in full — contact us and we'll act on the request.

6. Cookies and sessions

We use a session token (stored in your browser) to keep you signed in. We don't run third-party advertising trackers or analytics pixels on RanqerSEO today.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, never stored in plain text. Connected-service credentials (e.g. WordPress API keys) are encrypted at rest. All traffic is served over HTTPS.

8. Children's privacy

RanqerSEO is a business tool and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
